Impor sanções ao Tribunal Penal Internacional é algo novo e perigoso para o multilateralismo

A jurista sul-africana Navi Pillay, ex-juíza do TPI (Tribunal Penal Internacional), ganhou nesta sexta-feira (9) o Nobel da Paz. O próprio tribunal, ao lado da Corte Internacional de Justiça, estava entre os nomes cotados pelo Instituto de Pesquisa da Paz de Oslo.
